Application and Significance of the 3-Free Direct Filtration Technology in the Pre-treatment of Kitchen Wastewater

The “3-Free” direct filtration technology employs precise physical screening at the front end to efficiently capture oils, bone fragments, and suspended colloids from food-and-cooking-waste wastewater, thereby eliminating the inhibitory effects of high-concentration pollutants on biochemical treatment systems at the source. The effluent after pretreatment exhibits stable water quality and low levels of inert matter, which significantly enhances anaerobic methane production efficiency and aerobic sludge activity. As a result, overall process treatment efficiency is boosted by more than 35%, while also effectively reducing the scale of downstream biochemical treatment facilities and their operational energy consumption.
